Text from your dumb phone, on any computer.
MorseHub puts your phone's texts in a browser tab. You read and type on the computer. The texts still go out from your phone, on your own number.
15 days free. No card. See pricing
For dumb phones
For people who carry a dumb phone on purpose and still have to text from a desk. The phone keeps its SIM, its number and its carrier. MorseHub adds a way to read and type on a computer.
| Phone | Updates |
|---|---|
| Light Phone II | From the phone, after one ADB command at setup |
| Sonim XP3plus | Over ADB |
| Sonim XP5plus | Over ADB |
| Sonim XP5900 | Over ADB |
Android 8 to 13. Not iPhone. Smartphones already have this: Google Messages for web and Phone Link do it for free.
How it works
- Start the free trial. Type your mobile number and the code we text to it. Your invite code and the setup guide come by email.
- Set up the phone over ADB. Install the app with
adb install, grant its permissions and enter the invite code. The setup page has every command. - Pair a computer. The phone shows a code. Type it on the computer. The code carries the key that locks your texts.
- Text. Read and reply in the browser. The phone sends each text from its SIM, so people see your usual number.
Battery: MorseHub does not drain the battery any faster than actually using the phone.
Try it free for 15 days
No card. One free trial per phone number. You prove the number with a code we text to it.
MorseHub does not keep your number. It keeps a scrambled code made from it, so each number gets one trial. Details are in the privacy policy.

Prices are before sales tax. Where tax applies, Stripe adds it at checkout. Payments go through Stripe. MorseHub never sees your card. To cancel or change your card, go to Manage subscription.
What the relay sees
Your texts are locked on the phone before they leave it, and can only be read in browsers you paired. The key travels in the pairing code, never through the relay. A copy of the relay's storage shows nothing readable.
The same server also sends this web app to your browser, so you are trusting the page it sends. That is the honest limit today. The privacy policy lists everything MorseHub keeps.
Limits
- Built for the four phones above, on Android 8 to 13.
- Setup is over ADB. It is not on the Play Store.
- The phone needs signal. Texts go out through its SIM, not the internet.
- Pictures stay on the relay for 15 days, locked. After that, Tap to view loads them again from the phone.
- The free trial is for US and Canadian mobile numbers.
- Not for emergencies. Call or text 911 from the phone itself.
- For your own texts. No bulk texting or spam.
